12121 Search was a Distributed computing project that started on 2004-05-24 to search for primes of the form 121•2n-1. The project partnered with PrimeGrid on 2009-02-13 to additionally search for primes of the form 121•2n+1 and 27•2n±1.
The 12121 site featured a reservation system that made it easy to use PRPnet to reserve tests directly from the PrimeGrid server. PRPnet used LLR or PFGW for testing and reported results back to PrimeGrid.
Results
12121 Search found 14 top-5000 primes as reported to The Prime Pages by itself before partnering with PrimeGrid. Their largest prime was 121•22033941-1, which was found on 2006-01-28 and weighed in at 612,280 digits.
