Usage
You can insert language information of your user by including code like this:
{{#babel:ru|en-5|fr-1}}
This will create the boxes on the right. You can add several language information as you like.
Country codes
The extension recognize standard ISO 939 (1-3) country codes. You can find your language code by searching this ISO 639-1 list.
Knowledge
The knowledge describes how good you speak that language. It's defined by a single character given in the table below. If this character is not given, a 'N' will taken by default.

Assignments
Every entry puts the user in the applicable category of language and knowledge. This will help to find the best choice for communicating with other users and also find best users to translate pages.
