Purpose

The goal of this drive is to search for primes of the form k•2n-1 for k ≤ 300 and n > 1000000.

Started

  • 2010-10-24

Ended

  • ongoing

k-values

2010-10-24: k = 51, 57, 61, 65, 69, 87 for n > 1,000,000
2011-01-26: adding k = 47, 53 for n > 1,000,000
2014-08-12: removing k = 51, 69 for n > 2,500,000
2014-08-12: adding k = 35 for n > 2,520,000, k = 37 for n > 2,500,000 only n != 1 mod 10, k = 103 for n ≥ 2,550,223, and k = 111 for n ≥ 2,601,487
currently k = 35, 37, 47, 53, 57, 61, 65, 87, 103, 111

Sieve file

Sieve file for 3,000,000 < n < 4,000,000 available here (LLR-format, 290,225 candidates).

Multi Reservation

  • Here: The current nmax = 3,100,000 as of 2020-11-12.

Data table
